Beet Fries with Tahini Dipping Sauce
Ruby red beets stand in place for potatoes in this oven-baked French fry recipe.
Ingredients:
6 large beets, peeled and julienned
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 C mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. tahini
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss beet sticks with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake until outer edges are crispy.
Combine mayonnaise and tahini; serve sauce with baked fries.
