Asparagus, Grapefruit, Cucumber, and Pea Salad
Elegant and visually appealing, this salad combines tender asparagus tips, fresh-flavored cucumbers, sweet peas, and tart grapefruit.
Ingredients:
1 cup Markon First Crop Asparagus, steamed and chopped
1 cup Ready-Set-Serve Grapefruit Sections
1 cup Markon First Crop Cucumbers, finely chopped
1 cup peas
Instructions:
