Asian Blend Salad with Hoisin Vinaigrette

Maximize health with this vitamin-packed salad topped with tofu triangles.
Ingredients:
16 oz. Asian Blend Salad
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. Ready-Set-Serve Peeled Garlic, minced
12 baked tofu triangles
Instructions:
Whisk together oil, rice wine vinegar, Hoisin, ginger, and garlic. Toss with salad greens and top with tofu triangles.
