Apple, Pear, Fennel Salad Towers
Stack delicately flavored apple, pear, and fennel slices with spicy watercress leaves; this vertical salad pleases the eyes and the taste buds.
2 Markon First Crop Golden Delicious Apples, sliced into rounds (skin on)
2 Markon First Crop Bartlett Pears, sliced into rounds (skin on)
1 Markon First Crop Fennel bulb, sliced into rounds
1/2 cup watercress
Alternate apples, pears, and fennel, stacking until 1-1 1/2 inch tall; repeat three more times for a total of four stacks. Insert watercress leaves randomly into layers; use remaining watercress on top of each stack. Serve with house dressing of your choice.
