General Usage Ideas
- Stir together RSS Avocado Pulp, RSS Diced Red Onions, chopped MFC Tomatoes, grilled corn kernels, minced jalapeno chiles, RSS Washed & Trimmed Cilantro, and RSS Lime Juice; serve with tortilla chips
- Purée RSS Avocado Pulp with peeled MFC Cucumbers, RSS Washed & Trimmed Green Onions, fresh mint, buttermilk, salt, and pepper; serve soup with herb and cucumber garnish
- Purée RSS Avocado Pulp with the zest of MFC Lemons, sugar, cream, and vitamin C tablet (to retain color); pour mixture in ice cream maker; serve with toasted pepitas
Fall / Winter Usage Ideas:
- Purée RSS Avocado Pulp with Dijon mustard, RSS Lemon Juice, chopped Pasilla chile peppers, Italian parsley, heavy cream, salt, and pepper; with blender running, drizzle in olive oil until creamy; use to dress salads and vegetables
- Mix RSS Avocado Pulp with mashed potatoes; stuff into halved Poblano chiles; top mixture with grilled RSS Sliced Onions and shredded Cotija cheese; broil until chiles are cooked and cheese is melted
- Heat milk with gelatin until dissolved; combine with puréed RSS Avocado Pulp, RSS Lemon Juice, salt, and vitamin C (to retain color); blend with freshly whipped cream and pipe onto crab cakes
Spring / Summer Usage Ideas:
