Troubleshooting:

Avoid lemongrass with any brown on its base.

Usage Ideas:

  • Drizzle lemongrass-cilantro cream sauce over seared scallops, grilled fish, and shrimp kebabs.
  • Add whole stalks of lemongrass to simmering curries, braising meats, and vegetable stews for a light, lemony flavor. Remove stalks prior to serving.
