Receiving Inspecting:
Stalks should be firm and green. Avoid yellow or brown wilting stalks.

Shelf-Life:
10 to 14 days.
Troubleshooting:
Avoid lemongrass with any brown on its base.
Usage Ideas:
- Drizzle lemongrass-cilantro cream sauce over seared scallops, grilled fish, and shrimp kebabs.
- Add whole stalks of lemongrass to simmering curries, braising meats, and vegetable stews for a light, lemony flavor. Remove stalks prior to serving.
