Compound Butter with Chervil and Honey
This sweet and salty butter has herbal notes from fresh chervil—use it for bread courses, seafood, or grilled poultry.
Ingredients:
1 C unsalted butter, softened
1 T honey
1 T Markon First Crop Chervil, finely chopped
1 T edible petals
1 tsp. sea salt
Instructions:
Combine all in a mixing bowl. Place on plastic wrap and form into a long log with squared edges. Wrap well and chill until firm. Slice and use.
