Crunchy Thai Bites
The perfect bar snack or appetizer for global meals.
Ingredients:
12 fried wonton cups
2 T peanut oil
1 C fried tofu, finely chopped
1/2 C Markon First Crop Carrots, washed and cubed
1/2 C peas
1 tsp. curry powder
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet. When hot, saute remaining ingredients, tossing to combine.
To serve, place equal amounts of mixture in wonton cups and serve.
