Asparagus, Grapefruit, and Wild Arugula Salad

The pleasantly bitter notes of grapefruit balance the grassy asparagus and peppery arugula in this healthy spring salad.

Ingredients: 

8 spears of Markon First Crop Asparagus, steamed

1 cup Ready-Set-Serve Grapefruit Sections

2 cups Ready-Set-Serve Wild Arugula

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions: 

Toss all ingredients together; arrange equal portions onto four salad plates. Serve with house-made vinaigrette.
