Joe Ange, Markon's assistant director of purchasing, introduces our newest products, Markon First Crop (MFC) Tuscan Lettuce and Ready-Set-Serve (RSS) Brussels Sprouts. The MFC Tuscan Lettuce is available in an eight-pound pack and consists of red and green Tango, Oak, and Sweet Gem, as well as Red Leaf, Green Leaf, and Lolla Rosa; varieties may vary by season. The RSS Brussels Sprouts come in a three/two-pound pack and are 100% plate ready. Both items are available year-round; please contact your customer representative for ordering details.
