“My very first job as a teenager was scooping ice cream over the summer in Ontario. The owner of the company was very entrepreneurial and decided to maximize the traffic in the parking lot by opening a fresh produce stand featuring local Ontario fruits and vegetables. I was the lucky employee that was asked to run the stand! It was a great experience that taught me a lot about business, and of course, fresh produce.
